SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping cost within Peninsular Malaysia is RM 5 in a single ORDER and RM 8 for order to Sabah and Sarawak.

All items will be shipped using courier services available at the time and according to Clairvoyance’s choice.
​
Tracking number for purchases will be updated to customers by email after item(s) are shipped.
​
We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages caused during shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sold items cannot be returned to us.
​
For defective items, kindly contact us within 7 working days after you received your items.
​
Defective items must be returned to us as soon as possible at buyers' cost.
​
However, we will not replace the defective items with new ones since these are pre-ordered items. Therefore, we do not have items in store.
​
Defective items refer to any zine, bookmark, stickers, etc. that is damaged, imperfect or non-functional caused by manufacturing defect.
​
The set which has been submitted for order cannot be changed.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made through Online Banking, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), Manual Deposit or Instant Interbank Transfer via Online Banking/ATM. The account number will be given in the Google Form when placing order.

Customers must upload receipts/proof of payment into the Google Form when placing order. Notifications email or SMS from banks for online banking is not acceptable.
Order No. will be issued to customers after payment is confirmed by us. Any inquiries for order status or updates, kindly provide us your Order No. and we will get back to you with latest updates as soon as possible.
ORDER, PACK, AND DELIVERY
REFUND POLICY
Refund is only allowed under these conditions:
1) The items received are different from what you ordered.
2) The item is defected.

3) State your reason(s) to request for a refund.
4) We will get back to you as soon as possible.
